I’m 30 years old.
I had been a drug addict
for over 15 years, but in
December 2005 I knew I would
have a chance to change
my life when I went into
Prop. 36. But I wanted a
head start. I got three
months clean before even
going to my Prop. 36 program.
Once I started the program,
I got valued in my organization
and made new friends. Last
December, I got one year
clean. I’m now the
secretary of one of my meetings
and have never felt better.
Best of all, my daughter
has her mother back!
